Frequently asked questions
Does Trelovo post replies without my approval?
Only if you turn that on. By default you approve every draft before it goes live. Autopilot is a deliberate per-location choice, with rules you define — for example only for 4 and 5 star reviews.
Won't the replies sound robotic?
Trelovo writes in your brand voice: you set the tone, the signature and provide examples of past replies. Every reply is phrased differently, so your review page keeps reading naturally.
Which review platforms are supported?
We're starting with Google Reviews — where most local businesses get the vast majority of their reviews. Trustpilot and Kiyoh are on the roadmap.
What happens with a negative review?
1 and 2 star reviews are never answered automatically. You get an instant alert with a calm, de-escalating draft that invites the customer to resolve things personally.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Trelovo posts replies through the official Google Business Profile connection, on behalf of your account and with your consent. You stay in control and can edit or remove any reply.
